Upon entering this home you are greeted with a warm, welcoming farmhouse vibe. It has an open concept design that still has defined spaces. It is a great space to raise a family and will be perfect for entertaining!

A well balanced farmhouse kitchen. It can accommodate many people working together, and with an island this large there is ample space for prepping. Entertaining will be a breeze, especially with a designated coffee bar. The hood fan is a completely custom design, our client came to us with specific ideas in mind, and we were able create this based on her inspirations. The apron front sink plays well into the overall farmhouse feel.

Elements of wood add warmth. These floating shelves add a little more detail to the perimeter of the kitchen, and also tie it together with the island.

A laundry room that has it all! Open storage for baskets, plenty of hanging space for drying clothes, and lots of cabinetry storage. The base cabinets have been painted “Hale Navy” and the upper cabinets are painted “Simply White”, this creates richness but still leaves the space feeling spacious and bright. The client opted for champagne bronze handles which look stunning on the dark base cabinets.

The above vanity has very spa like feel, with the black handles and mirror frame giving it a slight modern touch.

All these vanities show that contrary to common belief, it is ok to mix metals; the faucets and handles do not always have to match.
